

Born & raised in Malaysia, Nazril "Nash" Idrus was a child prodigy. He was named "Tokoh Kanak-Kanak Peringkat Kebangsaan" a Child Hero award at the 1986 National Children's Day celebration for the state of Negeri Sembilan.
Nash was selected to study at a top school, Royal Military College Kuala Lumpur where he immersed in its alma mater "Serve To Lead". In his graduating year, he was named "Sportsman of the Year 1991" and received the prestigious "Board of Governors' Award". He was named in National Juniors u16 hockey trainee camp, he vice captained the Kuala Lumpur state team that won back-to-back u-18 State Champions 1990 & 1991. He won Gold Medals for "featherweight class" in boxing and "cross-country" of RMC and many other accolades, including academic excellence.
Nash received education scholarship to University of Melbourne, where he completed Bachelor of Commerce (Acc & Finance) in 1996. Upon graduation, he started his career at KPMG Chartered Accountants Melbourne, and qualified as "Chartered Accountant" from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
Nash joined Petronas in Kuala Lumpur HQ in the Group Internal Audit department and later Corporate Finance department. He also had stints at ExxonMobil UK as an analyst, and HSBC Investment Bank UK at Canary Wharf in the project finance department.
After 8 years in Corporate, he decided to become an Entrepreneur.
Nash has been known the be a favorite speaker with his highly engaging and interactive sessions that touch, move and inspire audiences.
He speaks in the areas of business - systems, teams, scaling up, corporate finances and interpersonal relationships.
